Sophie Falkiner (born 1974 in Melbourne) is a former presenter on The
Great Outdoors and a former host on Wheel of Fortune. Falkiner also
worked as a research assistant for A Current Affair.
Falkiner got her big break at Wheel of Fortune after completing a
Bachelor of Media (majoring in journalism) at Macquarie University. In
addition to hosting Sydney Weekender, she is the host of Crown
Australian Celebrity Poker Challenge on Fox8.
She is married, and has one daughter with husband Tony Thomas.
